Surfing on a Banana Peel

RAW BROWN RICE VEGETABLE DIP

- seasoned with healing cayenne pepper -

Ingredients

 

1 cup raw almonds

½ teaspoon organic vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sweet stevia

 

 

Directions

 

1. Put almonds in a bowl and pour enough water on to cover them entirely. Let soak for 5 hours.

2. Add the water, almonds, vanilla extract, cinnamon and stevia  into a mixer. Add water to achieve desired consistency.

3. Store in refrigerator.

 

 

Tip:

You can also add your favorite fruit to the mixer, such as strawberries, bananas or coconut, and give the whole family a delicious snack.
