Surfing on a Banana Peel

BUCKWHEAT DRINK

- a raw vegan drink -

Ingredients

 

1 cup of soaked buckwheat

2 bananas

2 tbs. of flaxseeds

2 tbs. of almonds

1/2 tbs. olive oil

1 tbs. agave

 

 

Directions

 

1. Soak buckwheat for 12 hours then rinse.

2. Add all ingredients and mix in a blender. Process until preferred consistency.

3. Serve chilled.

 

 

Tip

 

Add other ingredients to personalize, such as cinnamon, nuts, cocoa powder or coconut.
