Surfing on a Banana Peel

RAW BROWN RICE VEGETABLE DIP

- seasoned with healing cayenne pepper -

Ingredients

 

1 cup of brown rice

2 avocados

1 clove garlic

1 small onion

1 tbs. of olive oil

basil to taste

1/4 ts. cayenne pepper

 

 

Directions

 

1. Soak brown rice in plenty water for 12 hours

2. Drain

3. Mix in blender with remaining ingredients.

4. Serve with salad of your choice.

 

Tip:

You can add water and make a dressing instead of a dip.
