Surfing on a Banana Peel

RAW VEGAN COLLARD LEAF wrap

- a raw vegan and vegetarian treat -

Ingredients

 

2 mashed avocados

1 cup of walnuts

1 cup of diced celery

1 cup of diced carrots

4 soaked sun dried tomatoes

2 drops of extra virgin olive oil

 

 

Directions

 

1.Place avocados, walnuts, celery, carrots, sun dried tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil into a high speed blender.

2.Process until the mixture takes up a paste consistency.

3.Place two collard leaves atop each other, you can shave off some of the middle rib.

4.Add as much of the paste as desired.

5.Roll the leaves tightly.
