Ingredients

 

½ cup of sprouts

½ avocado

1 tomato

1 raw nori sheet

½ zucchini

¾ tablespoon of  dulse flakes

 

 

Directions

 

1.Cut zucchini into long strands. Cut tomatoes and avocados into slices.

2.Roll out the nori sheet onto a flat surface and gently spray with water to moisten it and make it sticky.

3.Cover the nori sheet with a layer of sprouts, leaving only about 1 to 2 inches uncovered.

4.Add the zucchini, tomatoes and avocados and sprinkle is all with dulse flakes.

5.Carefully roll the nori sheet while pressing it together with your hands or fingers, then spray the bottom 1 to 2 inches with water until sticky and continue rolling.

6.As you roll the nori try to make it nice and firm and when finished squeeze the whole roll to make sure it is all stuck together.

7.Finally cut into 1 inch sections with a cold dry knife.
