Ingredients

 

½ cup red clover leaves

½ cup sorrel leaves

½ cup dandelion leaves

½ cup alfalfa lucerne leaves

½ cup spinach leaves

3 tbsp. maple syrup

water

 

 

Directions

 

1.Place red clover leaves, sorrel leaves, dandelion leaves, alfalfa lucerne leaves, spinach, maple syrup and water into a speed blender.

2.Blend for about two or three minutes

3.Add water according to desired consistency

4.Chill and drink!
